The HERO is a quartet band from Stockholm, SWEDEN, and delivers dark, heavy and melancholic Metal which seems to appeal to more than metal heads. The recipe for The Hero’s music is: Heavy guitars, thundering bass, bombastic drums, melodic baritone vocals, and at the core always strong melodies that echo long after the audience has gone home. The HERO toured the USA in the summer of 2017 and among other venues performed at the world-famous Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood and rock clubs around Sweden until COVID-19 struck the world. The HERO’s new album Monster Hunter Release is set for November 20th 2024. With songs like We must never forget which is a personal touch about the terrible war crime against the Jews in Auschwitz. Mayday Mayhem is about the gang war that rages on in Sweden right now. In the title track Monster Hunter we declare war against all kinds of evil in the world right now, and this is the main theme throughout the new record. This is The HERO's 6th studio album so far. Soundmass from Australia will release this 11 song strong album. Since we have new recordings already. The wait for even new music after this won’t take forever..........
